An Other Important Training Program on Leadership and
Management Started in Beijing

    On November 18-22, the first training program of NPO Development Program started in Liangmahe Tower where British Council Beijing office sited. The training lasted 5 days, in which 24 trainees from nationwide participated. The course was a part of a 3- year project on China NPO Training and Capacity Building Program, which is jointly carried out by China NPO Network and British Council, which focuses on several urgent issues emerging in Chinese NPOs' development. In order to ensure the quality of the training program and to train more people engaged in this field, the NPOs and personnel receiving the training have been carefully chosen very strict with. Ms.Brenda Lipson, director of the Capacity Building Department of INTRAC, and Dr. Wang Libin from China Agricultural University delivered speeches in the first training programe. Ms. Yang Jing and Mr. Zhu Weijun acted as interpreters during the course.
