    The book is written by Ms. Adler, the chief of a well-known law office in California, USA. Ms. Adler is also a legal expert in terms of the tax system and donation administration of American charitable institutions. Providing a great deal of living examples, the book gives answers in plain words to many legal issues concerning charitable institutions in America. Being regarded as a guidebook of practical value for charitable institutions, the book is highly recommended and financially supported by the Council on Foundations for publication. The book has been translated into Chinese under the organization of China NPO Network. Its Chinese version will be published soon for NPOs in China to take as a reference.
